Herminius was commissioned to identify and recover assets that were alleged to have been concealed by family members during a family dispute. Herminius contacts spoke to over 60 well-placed individuals in seven jurisdictions to identify and map out an ownership network that included over 120 entities. As a result of our work, the legal advisors of our client were able to demonstrate that most changes in the estate were in contradiction with the estate settlement instruction – supporting a favourable settlement for our client.
