Herminius Appoints Jack Gressier as Chief Executive Officer

London, 23 July 2025 – Herminius Strategic Intelligence is pleased to announce the appointment of John ‘Jack’ Gressier as its Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Jack most recently served as the Non-Executive Chairman of Herminius from 2016 until 2025 and has over 35 years’ experience in the insurance industry. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of AXIS Insurance and the Chief Operating Officer of Axis Capital Holdings, the global insurer and reinsurer.

Jack takes on the CEO role at a time of rapid growth and will be responsible for leading Herminius through its next phase of development. His appointment follows that a month earlier of General Sir Patrick Sanders as Non-Executive Chairman.
