We work with law firms and in-house counsel to help them navigate commercial disputes. Providing lead intelligence to help shape a dispute strategy, identifying an opponent’s strengths and weaknesses, and gauging their openness to a potential settlement are some of the ways in which we help.

In the context of a longstanding commercial dispute, Herminius was commissioned by one of the protagonists to establish who was running the opponents’ strategy, to map out the attitudes within the opponents’ leadership towards the dispute, and to gauge whether compromise was possible.
